The FlightChats video series was FlightStats' first YouTube video series, shot in a single-take "fireside chat" format.

The FlightChats video series focused on the challenges and opportunities facing the travel industry today, especially in the world of managed corporate travel. In order to attract the attention of corporate travel managers and other players in the travel industry, the videos had to be engaging and informative, as well as being created on a limited budget and resources. With the direction of the marketing team, a series of eight FlightChats videos were created, including an introduction to the series, dialogue on the state of the travel industry, and an introduction to some of the FlightStats products and product teams.
